Submission abstract Guidelines

General Guidelines

  • Language: Abstracts must be written and submitted in English only.
  • Originality: The submitted work must be original and unpublished, not previously presented at any other conference.
  • Keywords: Provide a minimum of two and a maximum of five keywords that best describe the study.
  • Topic Selection: Choose the most appropriate topic category for your abstract during submission.

Abstract Content and Format

  • Titles are limited to 30 words
  • Abstract text must not exceed 600 words (spaces are not counted in character total). ONE table may be included as part of your abstract body but all characters in your table will be counted towards your allowable maximum character count. Images are not permitted. (Figures will not be accepted.)
  • Abstracts must include the 5 required section headings. Section headings must be in upper case, followed by a colon, as shown below. The headers must be included, or the abstract text will not be accepted. Note: Required headers are not counted in the character total. You may
    copy and paste formatted text or use the buttons on the text box to format your text or add special characters.

    • OBJECTIVE: An introductory sentence indicating the objective and purpose of the study.
    • MATERIALS AND METHODS: A description of methodology including applicable statistical evaluation.
    • RESULTS: A summary of the new, previously unpublished data and findings.
    • CONCLUSIONS: A statement that will drive home the broader implications of the study results.
    • IMPACT STATEMENT: A statement defining the study’s impact, significance, or relevance to the field.
  • Abbreviations used in abstracts must be defined at first mention if not already defined in the title.
    Abbreviations are permitted in titles if they immediately follow the term being abbreviated and are
    enclosed in parentheses.
  • Do not identify individuals or affiliating institution in the title or abstract body.

Author Listing Format for Abstract Submission (Abbreviated Style)

  • List the authors. The name of the first author listed will be the presenting author. Do not include professional titles or degrees. (e.g., Dr., Prof.).
  • Author Format: Use initials for first and middle names, followed by the last surname (without commas).
  • Institutional Affiliations: Use superscript numbers to match authors with their respective institutions. Institutions should be listed in order of appearance in the author list. If an author has multiple affiliations, use multiple superscript numbers (e.g., J.D. Smith¹²).Example Format:
    J.D. Smith¹, M.R. González², E.K. Johnson¹, D.T. Lee³¹Department of Reproductive Medicine, University of X, City, Country
    ²Center for Fer􀆟lity Research, Ins􀆟tute Y, City, Country
    ³Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Hospital Z, City, Country

Submission and Review Process

  • Online Submission: Abstracts must be submitted via the official submission portal before the deadline.
  • Blind Review: Abstracts will be reviewed anonymously. Ensure no personal or institutional identifiers are included in the title or abstract body.
  • Notification: Authors will be informed of the acceptance status by September 26th.

Important: Once submitted, abstracts cannot be modified. Ensure accuracy before final submission.
