Once you are registered to the RM2030 Congress, please note that you agree to receive promotional material and updates regarding the congress.

Registration fees include:

  • Registration for the face-to-face congress in Paris includes access to all onsite-sessions, all online and on-demand content, lunch and coffee breaks, invitation to Welcome Reception, all printed material of the congress and a personalized certificate of attendance.
  • Registration for the online-only includes access to all live-streamed congress sessions during the live days of the congress in Paris, a personalized certificate of attendance, and access to the on-demand content following the live congress days.

Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer.
Payment by bank transfer – all transaction fees should be paid by the registrant.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked up until August 22, 2023 – 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee and bank charges)
Postmarked from September 12, 2023 – 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent October 17, 2023

The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, sickness, and cancellations by any party, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the RM2030 congress. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

Covid-19 Health & Safety Plan
The organisers require to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 OR be recovered.
Antigen or PCR tests are no longer accepted to allow entrance to the Congress center. Staff, participants and suppliers should keep a distance of 1.5 metres from each other whenever possible.
In all indoor areas accessible to the public, masks must be worn in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health in Paris. The organisers follow local COVID measures at the time of the meeting and are not responsible for travel or entry permit limitations due to national or local restrictions.
