Registration fee includes
Registration for the face-to-face congress in Valencia includes access to all onsite sessions, lunch and coffee breaks (all as scheduled officially in the program), invitation to Welcome Reception, all printed material and certificate of attendance.

IMPORTANT:
Once you are registered to the RM 2030 Congress, please note that you agree to receive promotional material and updates regarding the Congress.

Payment
Payment of registration fee can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer to the Secretariat. Payment by bank transfer – all transaction fees should be paid by the sender.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:
Postmarked before September 1, 2025 – 100% (minus € 50 handling fee and bank charges)
Postmarked from September 2, 2025 – 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after November 7, 2025

Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the RM2030 Congress. Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip.
